NCDRC - Non Communicable Diseases Research Center

Genetics & Cancer

genetics

One of the main goals of our study is to investigate and determine the roles and interaction of genes, environment and lifestyle in various diseases through a large-scale population cohort study.

We are here to discover biomarkers for cancers and other non-communicable diseases using the genomics and proteomics approach which would eventually lead to early detection and prevention of diseases.

In this research group all studies related to genetic aspects of diseases, molecular studies, cancers and genetic epidemiology are welcome. We are also interested in pharmacogenomics and nutrigenomics studies.

All researchers interested in these fields are welcome to submit their research proposals to use our database and be our research partner.
