Article 1 – Establishment
The center was formally approved to expand research and provide solutions in health and medical services.
Article 2 – Objectives

Raise public awareness and train specialists in non-communicable diseases

Establish a comprehensive database and biobank for research use

Transfer new knowledge and technologies in diagnosis, treatment, and research

Recruit and empower skilled human resources

Conduct fundamental epidemiological and clinical studies to improve health services

Implement high-evidence projects, including clinical trials

Publish research in reputable national and international journals

Organize workshops, training courses, congresses, and seminars

Collaborate with national and international research centers

Provide scientific, technical, and consulting services

Support student ideas and collaborate with knowledge-based companies

Disseminate research achievements internationally

Participate in editorial boards of international journals

Director appointed every 4 years by University President upon recommendation of the Supreme Council (reappointment allowed).
Article 7 – Duties of the Director
Highest executive authority, responsible for implementing council decisions and assigned tasks.
